I'm over the moon with 3rd place in my first ever bikini bodybuilding competition. Prep for stage involved one year of dedication, consistency and a strong mind. The hours put into both training in the gym and meal prep were countless but it was worth every minute to stand on stage Sunday. I'm now back on prep for Mr.Cork on 14th May.
